List of documents to be attached when applying to run a travel agency on a temporary and occasional basis

If you are making your first declaration that you are running a travel agency, the following documents must be sent to the Economy and Employment Department within 15 days of the first trip organised on the territory of the Brussels-Capital Region.
  1. a copy of the service provider's professional liability insurance contracts, concluded with an insurance company;
  2. proof of guarantees sufficient to cover the service provider's obligations towards its customers in the event of insolvency.
