The new regulations on tourist accommodation in Brussels in detail.
The Brussels-Capital Region has introduced new regulations that apply to all tourist accommodation (guest rooms, furnished accommodation, gîtes, hotels, etc.) situated in one of the 19 communes of Brussels.
All operators and candidate operators concerned must, among other things, meet a series of general and specific conditions and send a prior declaration dossier to have their accommodation registered with Bruxelles Économie et Emploi (Brussels Economy and Employment) in one of the categories defined by the regulations. This is in accordance with the ordinance of 8 May 2014 on tourist accommodation and the decree implementing this ordinance.
You will find more information on this subject below. We remain, of course, at your disposal should you require any further information.
